Refunds

Refunds are only issued if the item arrives damaged or defective upon delivery.
To request a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, providing photographic evidence of the damage along with your order number.

Once your case is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used at checkout.

Returns

Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
We do not accept returns for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or misuse of the product.

Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return the item.
All returns must be sent to the same address where the original package was shipped from.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Return Process

  1. Contact us through our official form or email with the subject line “Return – [Order Number]”.

  2. Include clear photos of the damaged or defective item.

  3. We will send you instructions on how to return the item.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement accordingly.

1. General Policy

Our refund and return policy applies exclusively to products purchased directly through Dreamzix.com.
By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions below:

  • Refunds and returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or defective.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size, color preference, or change of mind.

  • You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.

  • All items must be returned to the same address indicated on your package label (the original shipping address).

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.


2. Conditions for Refunds

A refund may be approved under the following circumstances:

  1. The product arrived damaged, defective, or incomplete.

  2. The customer contacted Dreamzix within 14 days after receiving the order.

  3. The customer provided clear photographic or video evidence of the damage/defect.

  4. The return was approved by our customer service team before sending back the item.

If all conditions are met, the refund will be processed to the same payment method used during the purchase.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team via email or contact form with the subject line:
    “Return Request – [Order Number]”.

  2. Provide the following information:

    • Full name and order number

    • Photos or video of the damaged or defective product

    • Description of the issue

  3. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you detailed return instructions and the return address.

  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back within 7 days after receiving approval.

After we receive and inspect the item, you will be notified whether your refund or replacement has been approved.


4. Refund Processing Time

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.


5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged:

  • Stickers, pins, or keychains

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Discounted or clearance products

  • Digital products or gift cards


6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately (within 14 days).

  • Photos or video showing the issue
